Convene is the gacha system in Wuthering Waves. It can be used to obtain Resonators and Weapons from a specified pool of items.
Convene is unlocked during the Main Quest First Resonance in Act I of Huanglong, which players can reach at Union Level 4.

Availability[]
The Novice Convene "Utterance of Marvels" is available indefinitely until all 50 convenes are made after which it closes. There is a 20% discount on the convenes so 40 Lustrous Tides are required instead of 50. Within these 50 Convenes, one non-promotional 5-Star Resonator is guaranteed. If a 5-star is obtained before 50 convenes are made, the Novice Convene closes prematurely. Once the Novice Convene closes, it is replaced by Beginner's Choice Convene.
The Beginner's Choice Convene is available indefinitely until 80 convenes are made. It requires Lustrous Tides to wish from it. Within these 80 convenes, one non-promotional 5-star Resonator is guaranteed. Players can select a non-promotional 5-star Resonator to roll for and can change this targeted 5-star at any time. If a 5-star Resonator is obtained before 80 convenes are made, the Beginner's Choice Convene closes prematurely.
The Standard Resonator Convene "Tidal Chorus" is always available and requires Lustrous Tides to wish from it. During the in-game tutorial, one convene is made on this banner and guarantees the player a Baizhi.
The Standard Weapon Convene is always available and requires Lustrous Tides to wish from it. Players can select a non-promotional 5-star Weapon to roll for and can change this targeted 5-star at any time.
Featured Resonator Convenes have one promotional 5-star Resonator and three featured 4-star Resonators, while Featured Weapon Convenes have one promotional 5-star Weapon and three featured 4-star Weapons. They are only available for a limited time before being put on hiatus for an indeterminate amount of time. They require Radiant Tides to wish from them.
Players can buy either of the two Tides for 160 Astrite each in the Convene menu or through the Store. There are also other in-game methods of obtaining Tides.
Note that Guarantee counts are not shared between the aforementioned six types of Convene banners.

Coral Items[]
When players convene weapons and resonators, they also receive Afterglow Coral and/or Oscillate Coral. These items can be traded in the Item Exchange menu from the Store to obtain other items or resonators.
