Daybreak at Last is a Companion Story of Jiyan that takes place in Central Plains, Huanglong. In order to unlock this quest line, the player must have completed Chapter I: Act VI- Grand Warstorm.

As the clouds of fear and sorrow lift from the sky of Jinzhou after the Battle of Norfall Barrens, talk of the long-awaited Riverside Games resurfaces.
Admist the joyous celebrations, with laughter and cheers ringing out, stands the general, seemingly alone in the sea of people.
And perhaps, there is a story untold, hidden within his gaze...
