Desorock Highland is a region in Huanglong. The region is on the northwestern side of Jinzhou and borders the Central Plains as well as the Norfall Barrens. The area features a frontline where many battles against TDs were fought, which has a large Tacet Field containing the Thundering Mephis in the middle. Additionally, there are multiple military bases and exile camps in the region.

The Restored Bulletin Board
Welcome to the Wetland Nature Park! Centered around a vital wetland reserve, the park serves as an important sanctuary for migratory birds. Every year, tens of thousands of birds use the park as their wintering grounds, with the prime birdwatching season stretching from October to March.
Among the park's diverse bird species, two unique ones stand out as local stars—known collectively as the Feathered Herons. These large, mild-tempered birds are not only friendly and supportive within their own families but also show a remarkable trust toward humans.
For their protection, the park kindly asks visitors not to feed the Feathered Herons. If you'd like to help protect these birds, please contact the animal protection center.

Strange Tales from Huanglong: Three-Headed Calamity
Desorock Highland, once a fertile river valley, was the source of many streams that nourished the lands downstream.
After the onset of the Waveworn Phenomenon, abnormal weather patterns drained most of these water sources, leaving the lake area dry and giving rise to Tacet Fields and TDs.
No one knows when the bird first appeared, but like a carrion-hunting vulture, it looms over the land as an omen of disaster, appearing wherever death may be found.
As the frontline in the fight against TD Outbreaks, Desorock Highland became a graveyard for countless warriors. The Bird of Calamity lingered so long that it even built its nest on the Olecranon Cliff by the lake, waiting for death to claim those nearby.
Some believe its departure from the Highland signals the end of the endless battles in Jinzhou, but fear remains, for no one knows where its next nest will be built.
