Echo Development Materials are used to level and tune Echoes.
They are stored in the Development Materials tab in the player's Backpack.

Tacet Suppression[]
Every Tacet Suppression Challenge will reward Echo Development Materials, with the amount scaling with the player's SOL3 Phase. Rewards cost 
Waveplate ×60 to claim each time.
Fantasies of the Thousand Gateways[]
Synthesis[]
Basic Sealed Tube and Medium Sealed Tube can be Synthesized from Fluorite and 
Shell Credits. Advanced and Premium Sealed Tubes are not craftable.
Advanced Tuners can be Synthesized from Medium Tuners and Premium Tuners can be synthesized from Advanced Tuners.
The Sealed Tubes and Tuners can be found in the Construction tab in the Synthesizer menu. Advanced and Premium Sealed Tubes, and Medium Tuners are not craftable.
Shops[]
Some Shops sell Echo Development Materials. These include Souvenir Shops that will excange Andvanced Sealed Tubes and Premium Tuners for 
Wood-textured Shards. A more detailed and up-to-date list of shops can be found on each item's page.
Store[]
Echo Development Materials can be redeemed for free as well as bought in the Store.
- In the Level Bundles the ones rewarded for reaching Union Levels 30, 50 and 75 contain Sealed Tubes and ones for Union Levels 50 and 65 contain Premium Tuners.
- In Item Exchange Advanced Sealed Tubes can be bought with
Oscillated Coral and Premium Tuners with Afterglow Coral. - In Points Exchange BothAdvanced Sealed Tubes and Premium Tuners can be bought with Hazard Records, and all Tuner rarities can be bought with Data Sets.
- There are also various paid Bundles in the Store and some of them contain Echo Development Materials. These Bundles can be bought with Lunites.
