Profile[]
Fenrico serves as the current Primus of the Order of the Deep, making him the de facto ruler of Ragunna for the last two decades.
He was once a student in the Order's Seminary prior to its destruction, and a former classmate who went on to be a Privy Councilor describes Fenrico as speaking passionately about an ideal dream world during those years. However, shortly after Fenrico became the new Primus, the two bid farewell to the Pilgrim's Sail as it departed, and the Privy Councilor described his face as 'shrouded by a strange shadow.' [3]
Shortly after this, a shift had occurred in the Order, as Fenrico went to extreme extents to impose the ideal of Unity onto the city. Initially, the Pilgrim's Sail was discontinued, and the performances of the Carnevale were heavily restricted. Ten years after becoming Primus, Fenrico secretly sabotaged the Carnevale. Describing the tragedy as a divine punishment, he banned the Carnevale, and later reinstated the Pilgrim's Sail as punishment for those who violate doctrine, citing that the power of punishment and indoctrination shall be returned to the Sentinel.
Fenrico's former classmate lamented these changes and he, too, was ultimately sentenced by the Order Penitentiary, and noted that Fenrico was absent when he boarded the ship. He presumably lost his life at sea.
According to Fenrico's own account of the events of two decades ago, during the martyrdom of the Blessed Maiden to the Dark Tide, he discovered that Fleurdelys had deceived everyone and was actually the Resonator of the Threnodian. Swearing himself to silence to keep the people from faltering, he accepted the Divinity's blessing and was granted new authority to cleanse the aftermath of the Dark Tide, becoming the new Enlightened One. [4]
Although described as a Resonator, his Forte has yet to be revealed.
