Fran has not yet appeared in any quests or events.

Fran: I've never seen a plant rooted in the Tacetite before.

KU-Flora: Ku—Plants that grow on the Tacetite will slowly lose their pigmentation until they turn purple or white.

KU-Flora: No matter what you do, you can't find plants in any other colors here.

KU-Flora: Maybe your hair would turn purple or white too. Ku ku ku...

KU-Flora: Just kidding! You're human, not a plant. Ku ku ku...

Fran: But actually, without protective gear, humans could be affected by the Tacetite's frequency and start showing symptoms like ataxia.

Fran: However, the Black Shores members don't seem to experience that issue.

KU-Flora: Ku— That's because we have the Anchors. Without them, the Black Shores would just be a barren island.

KU-Flora: And a barren island would have no use of a gardener like me, ku ku...

Fran: So... the Anchors are like one giant protective device for the Black Shores?

KU-Flora: Ku... Help me water these flowers first, and then I'll answer your question in exchange. And you over there, wanna give it a try too?
