Fratellino is the youngest of the Fratellis Brothers and is training to join the Pioneer Association with his brothers, but he is very clumsy to his brothers and Rover's dismay. He is asks Rover for help in Echo Challenge: Unfinished Book.

Each challenge rewards Union EXP x30, Astrite x20, Monnaie x40, and EXP Materials. Completing all his challenge will grant the quest The Bizarre Brothers: Fratellino.
