I wonder if someone like me really belongs in the Pioneer Association...
Fratellone is the eldest of the Fratellis Brothers and is training to build his courage to join the Pioneer Association with his brothers. Rover frequently saves him from his nightmares in Echo Challenge: Clear Cloud.
Each challenge rewards Union EXP x30, Astrite x20, Monnaie x40, and EXP Materials. Completing all his challenge will grant the quest The Bizarre Brothers: Fratellone.

- Fratellone: They're filled with all the frightful thoughts that appears in people's minds while they sleep.
- Fratellone: I... I'm really nervous about joining the Pioneer Association. There are just so many unknowns ahead! But I'm also worried about my two younger brothers. That's why I need Nightmare Clouds to train my willpower!
