Gupan: A little girl carried her doll to the garden. The doll suddenly let out a loud cry and called for her mother. The mother came and spooned up the doll instead of her daughter... How about it? Scared yet?

I thought it's just a nice nursery rhyme.

Gupan: Oh, this is your first time listening to a horror story, isn't it? The fact that it still gets the ones who haven't heard of it proves it's a classic macabre rhyme.

Gupan: The essence of horror stories is about eerie things taking place in day-to-day scenes. Like the tune I just hummed.

Gupan: If you pay attention, you see it's not the girl who's crying but the doll. That's why the second half is added.

What is the second half?

Gupan: Dad and Mom are arguing, and the little girl is crying. The little girl calls for Mom. M-mom is gone.

Gupan: Dad just fertilized the garden trees, the cherry tree turned new leaves. Curiously I dug underneath, and found my doll buried deep...

Gupan: I don't know when I became obsessed with them. Maybe it's because horror stories have a clear representation of karma.

Gupan: Behind the twists and turns of the gloomy plots is a pursuit of romantic ideals.

Gupan: I have always suspected that there are real horror stories around me, just between you and me.

Gupan: To think of something ominous might lurk in the darkness under the cold industrial surface of this jungle of steel and bolts... Phew... I've got goose bumps.
