Quest Description- (Talk to Shinong)
- Shinong: Hey, (Rover)! Fancy seeing you here!
You didn't eat any odd herbs today, did you?- Shinong: Of course not—well, not yet.
- Shinong: I read an anecdote in Hongzhen Chronicles about a young man from a few hundred years ago who discovered that Pavo Plums has temporary memory-enhance effects.
- Shinong: He memorized all the texts of Hongzhen with the help of Pavo Plum's incredible effects, earning him the nickname "the Walking Bookshelf."
- Shinong: So... you know. I want to try it.
- It's probably just a myth.
You sure something like that exists?- Shinong: I agree that the story might be fictional. But there might be some truth behind it.
- Shinong: I've always been gathering Pavo Plums from around this area. But according to Hongzhen Chronicles, only those "found near the hot spring and that can slightly heat up" has medical effects.
- Shinong: But I've searched everywhere near the hot spring and haven't found any Pavo Plums like the ones described.
- I could give you a hand with it.
- Shinong: R-really? That would be great!

- Shinong: Exactly as the chronicles described... I didn't expect it to exist. Interesting... But it could be a mutation.

- Shinong: Perhaps. If I've learned anything from revising these pharmacopoeias, it's never to underestimate the wisdom of those who came before us.
- Shinong: Anyway, these Pavo Plums don't show any special effects, even though they can absorbe heat... and are extremely spicy. Well, that's a small discovery, at least.
