How to Obtain

Illusive Specimens are rewarded for attempting challenges in a Depths of Illusive Realm event. The amount of Illusive Specimens rewarded for each run depends on the chosen difficulty of the challenge, Memetic Tuning set at the beginning, and how far the player made it in the challenge.

Usage

Illusive Specimens are used as Currency in the Illusive Store. Some of the Items sold in the Illusive Store change between the occurences of the event, but there are always Astrites, Malleable and Morphable Echoes, and Shell Credits.
