Jiye (Chinese: 既夜) is an NPC found in Hongzhen, Mt. Firmament, Huanglong.

Profile[]

Jiye and Jichen are former Hongzhen town guardians. Although their services are no longer needed, they still watch over the now peaceful Hongzhen.

Jiye has not yet appeared in any quests or events.

(Daytime sitting downstairs from the Inn): The old man seems to be napping. Best not to disturb him.

(Midnight till Morning, on the rooftop): The old man is watching every passerby with sharp eyes.

(On the rooftop on top of the Souvenir Shop with Jichen): Jichen: Nothing suspicious happened last night, right?; Jiye: Everything's fine...; Jiye: You?; Jichen: Same old, same old for the both of us.; Jichen: Say, since the Midnight Rangers are here, shouldn't we retire?; Jiye: ...; Jichen: Look at you with that stubborn temper of yours. I was just spewing random thoughts. Why are you taking it so seriously?; Jiye: ...; Jichen: Sigh. You know, the future of Hongzhen is in young people's hands. It's time we let it go.
