Leclerc is an NPC in the The Black Shores who appears in Haven of Sprouts and Tethys Hub. She is a cognitive behaviorist studying the Tethys System robots.

- KU-Pika: Ms. Leclerc, could you check when KU-Join's maintenance will be finished?
- Leclerc: Hmm, you've been asking about KU-Join a lot lately. Missing it? Don't worry, I'll find out for you.
- KU-Miki: Ms. Leclerc, help! Adrian says he's upgrading me tomorrow! Last time he did that, I lost a whole year's worth of memory!
- Leclerc: Ugh, that man! Always doing whatever he feels like... Don't worry, I'll talk to him for you.
- KU-Tay: Ms Leclerc, KU-Leto and KU-Svan are fighting.
- Leclerc: Those two? Really? I'll go check on them in a bit.
- Leclerc: Oh, hello there. Sorry, I didn't see you.
You're really popular.- KU-Miki: Ms. Leclerc is our best friend!
- KU-Pika: Definitely!
- KU-Tay: Absolutely!
- Leclerc: Haha, I'm honored.
- Leclerc: I'm a cognitive behaviorist, and I've been studying the Tethys System robots. Maybe they trust me because I talk to them a lot.

- Leclerc: Yes. Their personalities were originally assigned by the Tethys System to help with tasks.
- Leclerc: But now, they're expressing themselves, with their own thoughts and worries.
- Leclerc: I believe with some guidance and education, their logic program can evolve and form more developed identities.
- Leclerc: Just look at them— they've already gone beyond what the system initially gave them. It's a different kind of life, but it's still life, isn't it?

- Adrian: Yeah, its system's been acting up since the last update. I think the new component isn't compatible, so I need to make some adjustments.
- Leclerc: But you can't just change things like that. The last time you upgraded KU-Miki, it lost a whole year of memories!
- Adrian:That was a temporary side effect--things like discomfort, memory loss, or cognitive issues can happen sometimes. Once I'm done, everything will be fine.
- Leclerc: But you're interfering with its natural growth. It has its own way of adapting.
- Leclerc: We should guide these little ones based on their development, not just force changes on them.
- Adrian:It's more efficient if we handle the adjustments ourselves to improve their programming.
- Leclerc: Don't you think your approach is a bit too harsh? They hide from you every time they see you.
- Adrian: It's okay. I've got a remote controller to track them down.
