Unknown (also known as the Woman in Silver, Goddess or Lucia) is the overarching protagonist of Wuthering Waves, who first appears during the opening cutscene of the game. She is an enigmatic entity who created and sealed the unique, foreign Echo named Abby within Rover's body and awakens their once-dormant Tacet Mark to unlock its true power.
A hologram of her appears again in the Main Quest Rewinding Raindrops.

- She bears a striking resemblance to Lucia, a character from Punishing: Gray Raven (another game developed by Kuro Games), thus leading to many players referring to her as Lucia since she has no official name.
