Phrolova is one of the Overseers of the Fractsidus.
She first appears in the Main Quest Chapter I: Act III - Ominous Star. She is later seen orchestrating the Tacet Discord outbreak during the Main Quest Chapter I: Act VI - Grand Warstorm.
She is a Resonator, her Tacet Mark being located on her upper left arm.
