The Port City of Guixu was a former settlement located off of the western coast of Outer Huanglong. Hundreds of years ago, it hosted the world's tallest building. The Incinero Petal Toxin from the Sea of Flames caused the destruction and mass evacuation of the city. Before the Lament descended upon the city, leaving nothing but ruin, The Port City of Guixu had an outdoor music venue at Nostalgia Isle, as well as a record shop within the city. It is home to the Inferno Rider, which is located on a Tacet Field, with the floating buildings surrounding it.

All our efforts have confirmed that the Black Shores, in collaboration with the authorities, have done everything possible to protect and evacuate civilians from the Port City for Guixu. Yet, when our medical team finally reached the heart of the city via the overpass from the northeast, we were still struck by a sense of helplessness—perhaps it was already too late.
...It's 3:00 PM. We've reached a skyscraper downtown. The northeastern sky burns red, and the overpass seems to have collapsed.
We just encountered a special forces team heading toward the Lament's core, led by Old Brandon, the "Iron Sheet." We, too, must move to higher ground... Those red flowers sprouting from the ground are driving us upward. But above us, the Lament's core looms.. the black hole itself.
This is a war of attrition... For many, by the time they found us, it was already too late...

What time is it now? Six? It must be six in the morning. The next surgery should start soon. We're gathered in a meeting room on one of the higher floors, but this isn't the time to be picky. A team this size needs at least three Peregrine Falcon ornithopters for evacuation.
...We're down to just 13 doses of atropine. The heat is rising, and keeping the wounded cool is becoming impossible.
Where are the reinforcements? Where is the air force? HQ! This is a call for immediate support! Coordinates are back to the Tethys System—we need reinforcements!
...At least... evacuate the elders and children...
It's getting hotter and hotters, and Brandon's team hasn't returned... Calling for reinforcements...
