Quest Description

The lighthouse at the Wuming Bay has lost power. Try to restore its power!

(Talk to the person): Infrastructure Division Member: Ugh... Still can't do it...; Why the long face?; Infrastructure Division Member: I was assigned to this power station to restore power of that lighthouse on the hill.; Infrastructure Division Member: Everything else was swiftly taken care of for a genius such as myself.; Infrastructure Division Member: Little did I expect to get stuck at the final step of turning on the power...; What's the problem?; Infrastructure Division Member: This power station utilizes a pulsed power supply system. After the battery is installed, the circuit must be fully connected within a certain time frame.; Infrastructure Division Member: In order to complete the connection, the pylons along the circuit must be activated using physical force in sequential order within the time limit.; Infrastructure Division Member: Unfortunately, I was only bestowed with a genius brain but not strong physiques. I've always been at the bottom in terms of fitness, and I simply can't complete the route in time.; I can offer you some help.; Infrastructure Division Member: Really?! You would do that? Thank you!

(Optional - talk to the person again): Infrastructure Division Member: There's just no way I can activate all the pylons leading up to the lighthouse within such a short time period...

(If time runs out): Infrastructure Division Member: H-Hello? Rover, can you hear me?; Infrastructure Division Member: The electromagnetic pulse just went out... I guess you didn't make it in time. You should come back for another run.

(If pulse circuit was connected successfully): (Made it. That should restore the lighthouse's power.); (Head back to the lighthouse and hack into the console.)

(Hack into the lighthouse terminal system): Beacon Terminal: Verifying Ship Registration>>>>> Extracting latest log entry — Complete; Beacon Terminal: Ship Registration [NUS8910]>>>>> Initiating voice recording; "NUS8910": Stingray here... Acting Captain Moak recording...; "NUS8910": I say Captain, but I'm actually the only one left on this ship. This morning, Espey, my last companion, also quietly left the Stingray unnoticed.; "NUS8910": It was already late evening when we found this lighthouse on the mountain yesterday, so we made an approach and prepared to go on land and check the place out after dawn, as we have done in the past.; "NUS8910": It wasn't until dawn that I found Espey had already gone missing... Even if we both were to die at sea, I would never have the thought of abandoning my crew.; "NUS8910": So I left some supplies at these coordinates, hoping that they would be useful to him... From here on out, this will be the final voyage for me and the Stingray.
