Rohrwacher is a cautious Fisalia member who appears outside the Cathedral of Mercury. He can be seen standing next to an Abyssal Mercator at the lounge area from 6:00 AM to 5:59 PM and underneath the Cathedral by the Sentinel statue at 6:00 PM to 5:59 AM.
