Rongqing is an NPC in Jinzhou, Huanglong. He is studying penjing design, and currently interns at Bogu's Arbor.

- As you snap out of your daze, a soft touch envelopes your fingers. Nestled in your palm lies a little flower, adorned with dewdrops, its presence serene yet captivating.

- Rongqing: Huh? Who picked a Dewvetch? Now the entire penjing is ruined! I've invested so much time into this graduation project.
