Small Wooly, Big Adventures is a Companion Story of Encore that takes place in Jinzhou, Huanglong.
Summary[]
You come across Encore who is on vacation in Jinzhou. She is overjoyed to see you.
With enthusiasm, she introduces you to her friends and reserves a seat, inviting you to listen to her latest story.
You settle in, listening intently as Encore begins the story of the Wooly Warrior.
In her tale, the Wooly Warrior embarks on a perilous journey to reunite with its family, seeking the Gateway of Wishes.
"If you believe in this story and wish to make your own dreams come true, close your eyes," whispers Fairy Cloudy.
Taking her words to heart, you close your eyes, ready to plunge into a new adventure.
As you open your eyes, you find yourself within the world of the story. Soon, you cross paths with Encore, who is searching for the legendary Gateway of Wishes. She explains that you're in the Wooly Kingdom and that a way out lies at the end of the road.
You decide to journey together.
As you open your eyes, the world around you snaps back to reality.
Encore explains that only those who truly believe in her tale are welcomed into her Wooly Kingdom.
She invites you to join her Wooly Adventure Squad to see the story's end with her.
The first step in this journey is to gather the thoughts of the audience about the tale.
While collecting opinions, you meet a girl named Ying, who shares with you a treasure map leading to the Sword of Courage. This map holds a promise between Ying and her mother, with her deepest wish being to reunite with her once more.
Determined to fulfill Ying's wish and bring the Wooly Warrior's adventure to its good conclusion, you set off to uncover three legendary relics.
Upon arriving at your destination, you're suddently ambushed by a horde of monsters!
To safeguard your friends, the courageous Wooly Warrior rises to the challenge!
After defeating the monsters, your discover a mechanism at the site.
It can only be unlocked using the treasure map.
With great effort, you finally reach the top platform of the mechanism and unlock the chest—inside lies the Sword of Courage and a mysterious letter.
The letter reveals that the next relic, the Shield of Faith, is buried deep in the sands ahead.
Upon reaching the sands where the Shield of Faith is hidden, you and your team split up to search for the relic.
After discovering the Shield of Faith along with a second letter, you learn that the Wreath of Hope is hidden within the Garden.
Ying then reveals that she knows the location of the Garden, and you agree to journey there together.
When you arrive at the Garden, you find that all the Irises have withered.
Ying realizes that these flowers were meant to be a special gift from her mother. Though she knows she will never see her mother again, she still expresses her gratitude for your help.
However, Encore senses the sorrow hidden beneath Ying's calm exterior and makes a promise with Ying that she will return to the Garden to witness the Wooly Adventure Squad's journey.
After Ying leaves, Encore reveals to you the true origin of the Wooly Adventure Squad story—it was a cherished gift from her own mother.
Encore explains that this story, passed down from her mother, has always been a source of strength for her. To Encore, stories are more than just an escape—they're a way to find the courage needed for new adventures. She hopes to share that same courage with Ying.
Determined to fulfill Ying's wish and give a perfect end to Encore's story, you and Encore decide to create a Wreath of Hope. To accomplish this, you seek the help of Verina.
With Verina's guidance, you and Encore set out to find the perfect flowers that represent your feelings, weaving them together into a beautiful wreath.
After gathering the flowers, you craft the wreath, preparing to present it to Ying the next afternoon as a fulfillment of your promise.
At the appointed time, you return to the Garden and listen as Encore tells the story of the Wooly Warrior—an adventure meant for the three of you.
As the story concludes, you present the Wreath of Hope to Ying, sharing your thoughts and feelings with her.
To complete the Wreath of Hope and keep the promise with her mother, you decide to embark on one final journey to the Wooly Kingdom, in search of Irises that bloom at last.
Arriving in the Wooly Kingdom, you and Encore embrace your roles as adventurous pioneers.
The gateway that can fulfill your deepest desires is hidden in the depths of the Wooly Kingdom.
After enduring countless trials, you finally stand before the Gateway of Wishes. Beyond the gateway, the Flower of Hope awaits.
If you're ready to see your wish come true, then open the gateway.
The small warriors finally achieve their wishes, bringing a perfect end to this adventure.
As you bid farewell to the Wooly Kingdom, you know that tomorrow holds the promise of new adventures filled with hope.
You and Encore make a pinkie promise, vowing to craft the next story together. The adventure of the Wooly Warrior will never truly end.

Dialogue[]
- (Approach the Quest Area)
- Encore? Doudou: What happens next,
- Mingming: Yeah, we wanna hear the rest of the story!
- Encore: Oh, settle down you two. The Wooly Warrior will come out once everyone's nicely in their seats.
- (hehe/
sheshe) is!
Encore: Plus, Encore's still waiting for a friend. Ah, there - Encore: Rover!
- Encore: Encore finally got to see you again!
- Cosmos and Cloudy go scouting for you. Encore: Encore was wondering if you'd come, and even had
- Something you need me for?
- Encore: Encore wants you to come play with us and listen to our stories!
- Encore: Everyone was so busy the last time Encore's here in Jinzhou, we didn't even get to play together.
- Encore: But Encore won't let that happen again, cuz Encore's here on vacation this time!
- Didn't know they gave vacations at Black Shores.
- Aalto gets to have them. Encore: Of course, they do. Everyone at Black Shores is really nice. Even someone as busy as
- Vacation? Is your homework done yet?
- Encore: What? Encore doesn't know anything about any homework.
- Encore: Anyway, since we finally got some free time, I told Aalto I wanted to visit some friends in Jinzhou.
- Encore: But he just lay in his chair, bragged about how he has so much grown-up stuff to worry about and was too busy for playtime.
- Encore: Oh, poor grown-ups, they're always so busy. They don't even have time for stories.
- Encore: Well, too bad for Aalto. All I could do was come here by myself with my stories and Aalto's wallet.
- Encore: Right, let me introduce you to everyone, but I think most of them have heard about you already.
- Encore: Gather round everyone. Encore presents to you (Rover)! Savior of Jinzhou. Hero of heroes!
- That's what they call me.
- Doudou: Oh, really?! So you're the big hero Encore was talking about. She said you took out that giant TD like this, this, and that! So cool!
- I'm not too sure about that last part, Encore.
- Encore: Oh, stop trying to hide it already!
- Doudou: Yeah! Encore told us how you took out that giant TD like this, this, and that! So cool!
- Doudou: Are you here for some stories, big hero?
- Stories?
- Mingming: Yup! Encore's stories are really fun, last time we had one about a big bad wolf that can turn itself into mist.
- Rover: (Sounds a lot like Aalto...)
- Doudou: Oh, oh. There's this other story about a golden-eyed kitty and its little birdie friend with gray feathers.
- Rover: (This one's about me and Yangyang...)
- Encore: Uh-huh! There's plenty more of them! This time Encore's got a whole new story to tell!
- Encore: It's about the adventures of the Wooly Warrior. You'll love it.
- Woo-hoo, I love adventures.
- Encore: That's right! Adventures are the best!
- Anything else besides that?
- Encore: Wait till you hear the actual story. I don't wanna spoil anything just yet!
- Encore: So, wanna hear Encore's stories?
- Encore: If you enjoy stories, Rover, you might even get to go inside one. Whaddya say, Woolies?
- Cosmos & Cloudy: Baa!
- Rover: (Go inside a story... Is Encore using some kind of metaphor? Doesn't hurt to check it out I guess.)
- Sure.
- Encore: Great! Come, Encore's even saved a front-row seat just for you!
- Encore: All right. Settle down everyone. The story's about to start!
- I've got other things to do.
- Encore: Well, that's too bad. I guess you have more important things to take care of...
- Encore: But, if you ever wanna hear some stories, come find Encore. Encore's saved a front-row seat just for you!
- (Optional - Talk to Doudou)
- Doudou: Ohh, I hope Encore starts her story soon, she only finished half of it last time, and I couldn't find the rest of it in any of the books at home...
- Mingming: I wonder where she gets all her stories from. I mean, she's not from around here.
- Doudou: Yeah, where is Encore from? Let's ask her once the story's finished.
- (Optional - Talk to Serious Child)
- Serious Child: Put your feet down. You heard Encore, she won't start until everyone's nice and quiet.
- Naughty Child: I don't want to listen to some lame... All right, all right. Geez.
- (Optional - Talk to Skeptical Child)
- Skeptical Child: Do you really believe what she says?
- Skeptical Child: You know, those stories about a huge cat living in a house made out of candy, or the kind person whose heart got turned into stone by bad guys or whatever. There's no way they exist!
- Confident Child: You don't know that. I'm sure they're based on things that are real. I'd bet anything the huge cat is real!
- (Sit down)
- Encore: All right. Settle down everyone. The story's about to start!
- Serious Child: Is it about the gray birdie? We didn't get to finish it last time.
- Encore: Nope, today's story will be about the Wooly Warrior and how she makes her wishes come true.
- Encore: The story begins in a land of boundless imagination known as the Wooly Kingdom...
- Encore: Legend says, that deep within the kingdom's castle lies a magical gateway. Whoever passes through it can have any wish come true!
- Encore: To reach this gateway, you must first go over a great many obstacles.
- Encore: Yet, countless adventurers still choose to embark on this journey, for each holds wishes to fulfill.
- Encore: Before setting off on their quests, Fairy Cloudy will ask them:
- Cloudy (Encore): "Should you pass through this mythical gateway, you will be granted endless wealth and honor, along with a treasure trove of unforgettable memories."
- Cloudy (Encore): "Now answer me this... What drives you to venture on this risky journey?"
- Star Flakes I can eat! Serious Child: If you'd ask me... I'd choose wealth, that way I can buy all the
- Skeptical Child: Pfft. I'd definitely choose honor, that way I'll be famous, and everyone would shout my name whenever they see me, wherever!
- Cloudy (Encore): "What about you, brave adventurer? Do you seek riches or fame? Baa."
- Riches.
- Rinascita. Cloudy (Encore): Thus you shall accompany the merchants and travel across the high seas to
- Cloudy (Encore): They say treasures fill its lands, and you'll gain a fortune beyond your wildest dreams!
- Fame.
- Cloudy (Encore): It appears you're already quite renowned! Baa. Just traverse countless lands along the boundless horizon, and all shall know your name!
- I want them all.
- Encore: Ooh, so this is the kind of choice a grown-up would make!
- I want neither of them.
- Encore: That's something the Wooly Warrior would say! Maybe the two of you can team up and adventure together!
- Encore: See? Everyone's wishes are different, which also make their journeys unique!
- Encore: And among these people, there's a small adventurer that goes by the name of "Wooly Warrior." When asked about her desires, she replies:
- Cosmos (Encore): "I do not seek wealth or honor. Baa."
- Encore: Fairy Cloudy, greatly puzzled by this reply, goes on to ask:
- Cloudy (Encore): "If you desire neither wealth nor honor, why do you choose to venture to the Gateway of Wishes?"
- Cosmos (Encore): "I have but one wish, to be reunited with my family."
- Encore: Fairy Cloudy nods in approval and offers her guidance to the little warrior.
- Cloudy (Encore): Very well... then believe in my tale, and close your eyes, Little Warrior and her companions.
- Cloudy (Encore): When you open your eyes, a brand-new adventure shall unfold before you.
- Cloudy (Encore): Once we've completed this story together, your wishes will all be granted!
- Encore: So, does the Wooly Warrior's companion accept this invitation?
- (Close your eyes.)
- Rover: Where am I...?
- Encore: Hey, hey! Over here!
- Rover: (Is that Encore? I should go check it out.)
- (Talk to Encore)
- Encore: You must be new to this place! Are you also searching for the Gateway of Wishes?
- Rover: (Gateway of Wishes? Looks like I'm inside Encore's story somehow...)
- Indeed I am.
- Encore: That's great! How about we team up? I have a wish I want to make, too!
- I just want to find my way back.
- Encore: Then we'll be going in the same direction! If we reach the end of this journey and find out about the Gateway of Wishes, we'll be back to the real world in no time!
- Encore: Since it's your first time here, everything must feel strange to you, huh?
- Encore: This is the Wooly Kingdom, a land filled with lots and lots of woolies. Look, even the clouds are shaped like them!
- Encore: You're in luck, I know this place like the back of my hand. I can be your tour guide!
- Then let's go together.
- Encore: Yippee! Let's go!
- I want to look around on my own.
- Encore: Oh. Okay then... I mean, we're heading in the same direction anyway. You can look at your part and I'll look at mine.
- Encore: Fairy Cloudy told me that as long as we walk along this path, we'll get there eventually!
- Encore: Once we're there, I gotta make her tell us where all the treasure is hidden...
- (Open the gift box)
- Cloudy: Please don't hurt me. Baa... I'm just an ordinary box. Baa...
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: "Beware." This is where many Wooly stories begin.
- Encore: When the story gets longer, so will the paths ahead. We might even come across broken bridges and stuff.
- Encore: Since we'll only be telling the beginning of the story this time, we should get to the end pretty soon.
- (Open the gift box)
- "Cosmos": Tee-hee. You're in for some surprises! Baa.
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: Look at all these monsters. Let's beat 'em up!
- (Defeat the enemies)
- Cloudy: Ohhh... You're finally here. Those terrible monsters. Baa...
- Encore: This is Cloudy Fairy. She gets scared pretty easily, but she's really nice and will give us directions.
- Rover: (She's even got all the settings prepared and everything...)
- Cloudy: So you're searching for the Gateway of Wishes? Baa. All you need to do is follow this path and collect three relics. Baa...
- Three relics?
- Cloudy: Yes! The first relic is the Sword of Courage. To obtain it, you'll have to face all of your challenges head-on. Be careful...
- Cloudy: Next, the Shield of Faith. This is a tricky one, but so long as you believe in yourself, you'll find it eventually after searching every nook and cranny.
- Cloudy: And finally, the Wreath of Hope. A crown of flowers that can reflect a person's thoughts. Never withers, forever blossoming.
- Cloudy: Once you've gathered all three relics, the Gateway of Wishes will open before you.
- Encore: Perfect. Now that we have clues about the relics, Wooly Warrior's adventures are officially a go.
- Encore: All we need to do now is go through this door and we'll be back to the real world!
- Encore: Thank you, Fairy Cloudy.
- Cloudy: You're very welcome, dear! If you have any more questions, do come back anytime. Baa-Baa now!
- (Leave the domain)
- Encore: (Rover), welcome back from the Wooly Kingdom!
- That was the Wooly Kindom?
- Encore: Yuppers! It's where all the Wooly stories begin. Cosmos and Cloudy's home!
- Encore: With their help, Encore can even invite friends for a visit!
- Encore: But not everyone though. The Wooly Kingdom won't welcome anyone who thinks the stories are just made up.
- Encore: You're different. You're one of Encore's best friends and have listened to my stories. So Encore wanted to give you a surprise!
- That was actually pretty fun.
- Encore: I know, right? You and I work great as a team!
- The fights were a bit too realistic for me...
- Encore: Really? But you have to admit, the part where Wooly Warrior kicked monster butts was suuuper cool, right?
- Encore: Encore really enjoys this story. In it, Wooly Warrior and her companions worked their way out of all kinds of trouble. Just like we did.
- Encore: Mom said that as long as you believe, the stories will give you strength. So whenever I think of them, it makes my heart feel warm.
- Encore: And Encore wants to share this warm feeling with you and make you happy too!
- Encore: Because Encore loves to play and adventure with you! It's just that everyone was so busy last time...
- Encore: But, this time Encore's here on vacation! Curious about what happens next in the story, Rover?
- Encore: If you are, you should join Encore's adventure team, that way we can go and find out its ending together!
- Can I be the team captain?
- Encore: Umm... Sure, you can be captain and Encore will be the vice-captain!
- Is this turning into a make-believe game...?
- Encore: Ohh, it's not make-believe, this is a serious adventure game! I've been playing it ever since I was little, it'll be a blast! This time, you can be the team captain and I can be the vice-captain!
- Encore: Now, for our first team assignment, let's go find out everyone's thoughts on the story!
- Encore: The joys of the story should be shared with everyone. It's not just my story.
- Encore: Once we know what the audience thinks, we'll know how to work on the story going forward!
- Encore: After all, it's the applause that makes for a curtain call!
- Let's go ask around.
- Encore: Okay! Let's see...
- Encore: Look! That girl by herself over there, Encore wonders what she thinks about the story... Come on. Let's go ask her!
- (Optional - Talk to Doudou)
- Doudou: Wow... Become a warrior and make dreams come true! You think they'll get all the relics in the end?
- Mingming: Sure they can. Did you see how they took out those monsters? A couple of relics are nothing!
- Mingming: Oh, Encore's Wooly dolls are so cute... Especially that white one, it looks so fluffy and soft...
- Doudou: I really wanna give it a hug.
- Encore: (Mm-hmm. My Woolies are the best!)
- (Optional - Talk to Serious Child)
- (mistermister/
missmiss)? It's so good!
Serious Child: What do you think about Encore's story, - Do you enjoy her stories?
- Serious Child: Yes! It felt like I was in a dream... Those treasure chests were so pretty!
- Serious Child: The little Wooly even patted me on the head when I opened one!
- Serious Child: Oh! And the three relics they mentioned. The sword, the shield, and the wreath. I remembered all of them!
- Encore: Do you think the Wooly Warrior will find them?
- Serious Child: Definitely! I was even wondering what kind of wish to make once they have all three, but I think you can only ask for one...
- Serious Child: Ohhh... I've got so many wishes...
- (Optional - Talk to Skeptical Child)
- Skeptical Child: Tsk. Encore's stories are for babies!
- Encore: Hey! I heard that!
- Skeptical Child: Eek! I didn't mean to...
- You don't like her stories?
- Skeptical Child: W-well... It's not that...
- Skeptical Child: I just think it's gonna be another one of those stories where the warriors find the relics, defeat the bad guys, and open the gates for their wishes to come true. Blah, blah, blah.
- Skeptical Child: There's no way something like that exists in real life...
- Skeptical Child: I'm already 8 years old. You're not fooling me!
- (Talk to Shy Girl)
- Encore: Hey! I saw you all by yourself over here. What's your name?
- Shy Girl: I-I'm Ying.
- (hehe/
sheshe)'s the captain of Team Wooly!
Encore: Ying! Got it! This is (Rover), - Ying: Y-Yes. Hello. You're here to ask about my thoughts on the story, right? I actually have something to ask you...
- Encore: Ask away. Encore will answer anything.
- Ying: O-okay... Is it true, that after gathering all three relics you can have your wishes come true?
- Encore: Yeah, it's what it says in the story.
- Ying: I-I'd like you to see this.
- Is that a map?
- Encore: Lemme see! It's a map on a piece of wood...
- Encore: That looks like a lighthouse and a giant rock over here.
- Encore: But Encore can't really tell exactly where it is.
- It seems to be in the Central Plains.
- Encore: Whoa, you could tell just from that? You must've been to every corner of Jinzhou.
- Encore: There, an area on the map is circled out with a sword-shaped sign on it... Wait!
- Encore: Could this be a treasure map?! That sign must be the Sword of Courage!
- Encore: Encore remembers that at some point of the story, the Wooly Warrior will get her hands on a treasure map...
- Encore: This map. Where did you find it?
- Ying: It's from my mom... This map is a promise we made.
- Ying: Mom took me to a play one time.
- Ying: I remember in that play, the adventurers wanted to have their wishes come true, so with the Wooly Fairy's help, they set off to find the legendary relics. Just like in the story you told us!
- Ying: After watching it, I asked Mom all the time if these relics that could make wishes come true were real, and whether we could go look for them.
- Ying: But she was always busy with work as a Ranger, so she wasn't home much.
- Ying: Then one day, Mom gave me this treasure map. She said she got it from the Wooly Fairy and it's for one of the hidden relics.
- Ying: She told me next time she came back from work, she would go relic hunting with me and that I wouldn't have to be afraid of anything with her around.
- Ying: She wanted me to think hard about what I'd wish for most once we found all the relics.
- Ying: I-I thought of a lot of wishes. I wanted to have all the Star Flakes I could eat, lots and lots of new toys...
- Ying: B-but now, I only have one wish...
- Ying: I wanna see my mom again. There are so many things I wanna tell her.
- Encore: ...
- Ying: The grown-ups all said that Mom was on a mission somewhere far, far away. But I felt like they were hiding something from me.
- Ying: I knew Mom's never coming home. But... I just wanted to see her again, and then I thought of her treasure map.
- Ying: I told Dad about the map, and he just hugged me and didn't say anything.
- Ying: But when I heard your story, I was thinking... if it's all true. Then maybe, just maybe...
- Encore: Then you should join our team!
- Encore: Encore knows that grown-ups always say that kind of thing just to be nice. Most of them are okay, just a little stuffy sometimes.
- Encore: Encore's heard a lot of them before, so Encore can tell what's real and what's not.
- Encore: Like this treasure map. It's 100% real, that's for sure!
- Ying: Y-you really think so?
- Encore: Yup! Trust me!
- Encore: Since your mom left you this treasure map, then there's more reason we should go look for it!
- Encore: Plus, (Rover) and I are searching for an ending to the story...
- Encore: Now the clue to the ending is right in our hands. Whaddya say, Captain? Let's get this journey started!
- Right-o, Vice-captain.
- Let's go check it out.
- Encore: Team Wooly is ready to roll out. Objective: The three relics!
- Encore: Hmm. I'm not really familiar with Jinzhou... Have you ever been to that place, Ying?
- Ying: Yeah, Mom would sometimes take me on a field trip there. But she warned me not to go there alone because TDs might show up.
- Rover: That's why she said she wanted to go with you. Together.
- Encore: All right then, it's settled. Let's go, got no time to waste!
- (Head the designated location)
- Rover: According to the treasure map, the sword should be around here somewhere.
- Encore: Why are there so many Tick Tacks? Are they having a party?
- Tick Tack: Tick-tack... Tick-tick-tack-tack!
- Ying: They look really angry...
- Don't worry.
- They're not much of a threat.
- Encore: No need to be afraid, Ying! We'll keep you safe!
- Encore: You probably don't know this, but Wooly Warrior once met a huge cat monster a hundred times stronger than her, and she was so scared that her legs were trembling!
- Ying: R-really?
- Encore: That's right, but even so, she stood her ground.
- Encore: Because she had all of her friends behind her, she had to fight.
- Encore: Just like the situation we're in now. Ya can't let a few small TDs beat you down.
- Rover: Let's make this quick, Encore.
- (Defeat the enemies)
- Ying: You two were incredible...
- Encore: You betcha!
- Encore: Wait till you see what else we can do! Am I right, (Rover)?
- Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
- Encore: We'll take on anything they chuck at us!
- Ugh. I'm beat...
- Encore: Are you sure? Doesn't look like you are. Lemme give you a quick check-up...
- Encore: Oh! Cut it out already!
- Encore: Quick, let's check and see if the sword's around here. Is that some kind of puzzle over there? Do we need to put something inside of it to activate it?
- Encore: It's a bit too high for Ying and me to reach.
- Rover: I got it. Looks like we just need to place the treasure map on top.
- (Interact with the puzzle)
- Encore: Whoa... There's another puzzle!
- Rover: Was it not in the story before?
- Encore: Well, random twists and moments do happen here and there. It's an adventure after all.
- (Open the gift box)
- Ying: So... Is this the sword in the story that can slice through anything?
- Encore: It's the mountain-chopping Sword of Courage!
- Looks unique.
- Ying: Hmm... The sword's actually made out of wood, and it's missing a small piece too.
- Looks plain.
- Ying: Yeah, it looks like it's made out of wood. I don't think it's gonna cut anything really...
- Ying: Look, there's a letter.
- Encore: Quick. What does it say?
- Ying: Hmm...
- Ying: "My dear little warrior, you've found the first relic!"
- Ying: "Right now you must be thinking, 'What a plain-looking sword.'"
- Ying: "How could this ordinary wooden sword possibly be the legendary Sword of Courage?"
- Ying: "Don't feel disappointed just yet, think back on what you've been through so far."
- Ying: "All the challenges you've faced along the way. The waves under your feet felt so high to you, and the treasure chest above seemed ever so far away."
- Ying: "Yet still you continued to climb the mountains, every step of the way, until you finally reached the peak. Your courage has been heard."
- Ying: "And this seemingly ordinary wooden sword..."
- Encore: Is the proof of your courage.
- Ying: Yeah, that's what it says in the letter. How did you know, Encore?
- Rover: Did it also appear in other Wooly stories?
- Encore: Uh uh...
- Encore: Anything else? Did the letter mention any clues about the next relic? We still have two to go!
- Ying: Ah. Y-yes!
- Ying: It goes on to say, "Oh, little warrior, your adventure doesn't end here."
- Ying: "To have your wishes come true, courage alone is not enough."
- Ying: "You need not look far, as the shield that symbolizes faith is buried right beneath your very feet."
- Ying: "In a land covered in sand, treasures may lay, or there may be nothing at all."
- Ying: A land covered in sand...
- Rover: I know just the place.
- Encore: Then let's go check it out! Sounds like it'll be a treasure hunt in the sand!
- (Head the designated location)
- Encore: We're here! At long last, the brave adventurers reach their second destination, and thus they start a hunt for the legendary Shield of Faith on this sand-covered beach.
- Encore: They say only the bravest adventurers can find it as it puts their will to the test.
- Time to comb the beach.
- Encore: Yeah! That's the spirit!
- Seems like a hassle...
- Encore: Oh, you don't wanna jinx it.
- Encore: Ying can go left, Encore will go right, and you can take care of the middle!
- Encore: If anyone finds anything interesting, show me and we can take a look at it together!
- Ying: O-Okay.
- Got it.
- (Optional - Talk to Ying)
- Ying: Hmm... Not this one, either...
- Find anything?
- Ying: Just some ordinary shells... I don't think they count as shields...
- Ying: Encore seems to be very sure about it, but do you really believe that the Gateway of Wishes exists?
- It exists.
- Ying: That's what Encore's said too.
- Ying: But I keep on thinking, could it just be a story?...
- It might not exist.
- Ying: Oh, I see... Actually, I've been thinking the same thing, could it just be a story?...
- Ying: When I first saw that sword, I was getting a feeling that it might just be a game Mom left for me.
- Ying: Grown-ups always tell me that there's no such thing as a Gateway of Wishes. It only exists in imagination.
- Rover: Remember what Encore said before? As long as you believe, everything that happens in the story can be real.
- Rover: But before we make our decisions, how about we search a bit more?
- Ying: Okay... I see. Thanks!
- Ying: I should keep looking for the shield. I wonder where it is in all this sand...
- (Optional - Talk to Encore)
- Encore: Well? Did you find the shield?
- No luck yet.
- Encore: Me neither. Ying even came over just now and asked me if the shield trully exists. What do you think?
- It exists.
- Encore: We're thinking the same thing!
- It doesn't exist.
- Encore: That could be possible, but Encore doesn't believe so.
- Encore: It's because the treasure map was given to Ying by her mother.
- Encore: And she did it so that Ying's wishes could come true.
- Encore: Encore's absolutely certain that the shield is out there somewhere.
- Encore: And that's why Encore will keep looking for it.
- (Interact with the first shiny spot)
- As you search the beach and find nothing, you can't help but wonder: Does the Shield of Faith from the story really exist?
- (Interact with the second shiny spot)
- You dig up an old boot. Hey! No littering!
- (Interact with the third shiny spot)
- Surprise! An abandoned treasure chest! Who knows—maybe there's something shiny inside?
- (Interact with the last shiny spot)
- Rover: Bingo. This has to be the Shield of Faith.
- Rover: Hmm? There's a letter attached to it. I should bring it over to Encore and Ying.
- (Talk to Encore)
- Encore: Well? Did you find the shield?
- Got it in my hands.
- Encore: Way to go! I know who to call if I ever need to find something. I'll go get Ying!
- Rover: This should be the shield mentioned in the story.
- Ying: It's also made of wood...
- Encore: But look at how well-made it is! With the Sword of Courage in one hand, and the Shield of Faith in the other, it's an invincible combo!
- Encore: The person who crafted this shield really knew their stuff!
- There's also a letter.
- Encore: Time for clues about the next relic. The Wreath of Hope.
- Encore: Hurry, Ying! What does it say?
- Ying: O-Okay. Let's see here. It says...
- Ying: "Congratulations again to you, my little warrior."
- Ying: "Although the bulk of your efforts were in vain, you did not give up and continued searching. Hence, this Shield of Faith is your well-deserved reward."
- Ying: "If you ever feel lost in the future, why not take a moment and ponder on the meaning of your journey?"
- Ying: "The firm belief in our hearts shall guide us through darkness until we reach the light of hope."
- Ying: "Now, I'm sure you're wondering how can you find the Wreath of Hope."
- Ying: "Bring with you your wishes and proceed to the Garden of Promise."
- Encore: The garden?
- Ying: The Garden of Promise—
- Ying: Oh! I think... I might know where it is.
- Encore: Fantastic! Then that's our next stop! Onwards!
- (Head to the designated location
- Ying: This is it.
- Encore: This place... feels empty. There's nothing here.
- Ying: It is now...
- Ying: B-But it used to be filled with irises.
- Ying: This is my mom's garden. She used to love flowers and would plant a lot of them when she wasn't busy.
- Ying: Before she left, she asked me to help look after it, and said she'd come see it with me when she's back.
- Ying: I watered them every day, hoping they could bloom longer.
- Ying: But these flowers only bloom for a short time. They all withered in the end...
- Ying: Dad told me, "Don't be sad, sweetie. It's the natural cycle of life."
- Ying: I understood that. But it always reminds me of my promise to Mom.
- Ying: I miss her so much...
- Ying: Now I see, this shield and sword are all treasures that Mom left me.
- Ying: And here, I think she probably wanted to make a wreath with me using those flowers...
- Encore: Oh, Ying...
- Ying: Thank you, Encore and (Rover).
- Ying: Actually, when I saw Dad looking sad while holding the map, I had the feeling that Mom...
- Ying: Might have left this treasure map to play a game with me.
- Ying: Maybe it is like what the grown-ups say, the Gateway of Wishes doesn't exist.
- Ying: And I may never get to see her again, talk to her, and tell her how much I've grown...
- Ying: But Mom must've wanted to give me a surprise, to make me happy...
- Ying: I am happy because we managed to find all the treasures she left behind together.
- Ying: I'll definitely find a nice place to keep this sword and shield safe.
- Ying: I think we should end our adventure here. Thank you, Encore and (Rover).
- You're welcome.
- We're ending it here...?
- Encore: ...
- Encore?
- Encore: Our captain hasn't announced the end of our adventure yet, and you're thinking about leaving already?
- Encore: Well, okay then. Let's call it a day right here. There's some stuff I need to wrap my head around too...
- Encore: I remember you asked me about the ending of the Wooly Warrior, right?
- Encore: Even though we finished finding the relics, Team Wooly's adventure goes on.
- Encore: There are still plenty of stories to tell... Oh, I know!
- Encore: How about you come to Encore's story session tomorrow afternoon?
- Ying: Tomorrow... You mean right here?
- Encore: Yes! If you want to find out what happens to Team Wooly, come over and listen to the rest of the story. Be there or be square!
- Ying: I... Okay then. I'll see you tomorrow!
- Encore: Yup. See you tomorrow, Ying.
- See you tomorrow, Ying.
- Encore: (Rover), do you think this is a good ending to the story?
- It's a good ending.
- Encore: Mm-hmm. After all, Ying got the treasures left by her mother.
- Encore: If this was a story, it would end something like this: "In the end, the little warrior managed to collect all of the relics left by her mother, realizing her intentions."
- It deserves a better ending.
- Encore: Yeah! After all, Ying didn't receive the wreath and she didn't get to see her mother.
- Encore: Even though in the end, the little warrior did manage to collect all of the relics left by her, realizing her mother's intentions.
- Encore: But Encore still feels like something's missing.
- Encore: In this ending, she didn't even make it to the Gateway of Wishes.
- Encore: Just like in the story of the Wooly Warrior.
- Encore: What do you think? Will the Wooly Warrior's wish come true in the end?
- It will come true.
- Encore: If it comes true, then she should be able to see her family again.
- Encore: After such a wonderful and interesting adventure, she must have so much to say to them.
- It won't come true.
- Encore: Even if her wish doesn't come true, the Wooly Warrior will still continue on her adventures.
- Encore: She's met so many new friends and has tons of stories to share. She'll remember the people and things she met on this journey.
- Encore: But actually, there is no true ending to Wooly Warrior's story.
- Encore: Remember the play Ying told us about when she showed us the treasure map?
- Encore: Ying said she'd already forgotten what most of the play was about.
- Encore: All she could remember was that the hero had been searching for a legendary treasure to make their wishes come true.
- Encore: I knew straight away that the treasure map wasn't for the Wooly Warrior's sword.
- Encore: But it was a gift left to her by Ying's mother.
- Encore: Wanna guess how I found out?
- Because of the play...
- Because of the Wooly Warrior's story...
- Encore: Yes. That play was about the Wooly Warrior's story, and I remember each and every part of it.
- Encore: Because that play...
- Encore: Was a gift from my Mom.
- Encore: Now, time for a story from Encore.
- (Cutscene plays)
- Encore: In this story, there are no exciting adventures
- Encore: It didn't happen once upon a time
- Encore: And it's not somewhere far, far away
- Encore: Rather, it's in a little room
- Encore: Every night, there's a little girl
- Encore: She plays games with her mother
- Encore: Playing as the Wooly Warrior
- Encore: Together, she and her mom create story after story about courage and hope
- Encore: It also happens in a theater
- Encore: Every day, the little girl sits below the stage
- Encore: The curtain rises, and the music plays
- Encore: She watches her mother set everything up
- Encore: Bringing the Wooly Kingdom from the story into real life
- Encore: Little by little, the Wooly Kingdom becomes real
- Encore: And the Wooly Warrior sets off on her adventure
- Encore: She first climbs the tallest mountain
- Encore: Looking for the legendary sword that can split mountains and seas
- Encore: But it's really so the girl can prove how brave she is
- Encore: The toolbox was actually on the tallest shelf
- Encore: The Wooly Warrior also searches every beach
- Encore: Looking high and low for the Shield of Faith that could brave any storm
- Encore: Her house had many nooks and crannies, after all
- Encore: The raspberry candy her mom hid could be anywhere
- Encore: Her mom recorded all the Wooly Warrior's adventures
- Encore: So the Wooly Kingdom grew bigger and bigger
- Encore: And the stories grew longer and longer
- Encore: They even performed the play in many cities
- Encore: But the little girl's mom got sicker
- Encore: At the last show
- Encore: Just before the Wooly Warrior got the Wreath of Hope
- Encore: The show ended
- Encore: But there was no "Encore."
- (Cutscene ends)
- What happened?
- Encore: Mom told me that once the applause starts at the final show of our tour, she'd take me onto the stage to make a wish.
- Encore: But she collapsed before the play ended.
- Encore: I was so scared. I tried to come up with ways to make her feel better. I even kept a daily to-do list.
- Encore: At the time, I thought that if I stayed a good girl like the characters in the stories, Mom would get better and better...
- Encore: But her illness got worse. She didn't get better, and the Gateway of Wishes never appeared.
- Encore: Encore didn't know what to do anymore.
- Encore: Mom just asked me to sit by her bed and tell her stories.
- Encore: So I told her about Warrior Cosmos, Fairy Cloudy, and many other things.
- Encore: She always smiled each time.
- Encore: It was right around that time when Cosmos and Cloudy appeared from the stories.
- Encore: Mom told me they're a part of life, and these stories will always be with me.
- Encore: After she left, Encore had to become the Wooly Warrior, going on adventures on her own.
- Encore: Whether it was in the orphanage or with the Black Shores, Encore would write down everything she experienced.
- Encore: With these stories, Mom will know what kind of adventures Encore had, and all the friends Encore made.
- Encore: Later on, Encore wanted to continue writing the Wooly Warrior's story. But this time, it's a bit different from before.
- Encore: Now she has her own friends. Friends that she can adventure together to find the Gateway of Wishes.
- Encore: Because finding that gateway...
- Encore: Is the only way she can tell all her stories to her mom so she knows how well she did.
- Encore: That's why...
- That's why when you met Ying...
- You wanted to go on an adventure with Ying.
- Encore: Yeah. She said she had a lot to say to her mother.
- Encore: Just like me. There's so much Encore wants to say and so many stories that Encore wants Mom to hear.
- Encore: Our time with Ying reminded me of all of that.
- Encore: Even though Wooly Warrior's story has no true ending...
- Encore: Will Ying's be any different? Will she be able to make her wish come true?
- Encore: In the end, Ying said the adventure is over, and it's just a story...
- Encore: She said she was happy and satisfied with that, but Encore saw that look on her face.
- Encore: She looked really, really sad.
- Encore: Encore knows how it feels. Just like how it used to be. No matter what Encore did, Mom wouldn't get any better.
- Encore: My stories were the only things that could make her feel happy...
- Encore: It was Mom who made me understand the power of stories.
- Encore: That's why after I went on this journey alone, Cosmos and Cloudly came out of the land of imagination.
- Encore: And it's why Encore told Ying that our adventure should not end like this.
- Encore: This story deserves a better ending.
- Not just Ying's story...
- Also Encore's story.
- Encore: (Rover)...
- We should finish the story. Together.
- Encore: Agreed! The story must have an ending!
- Encore: But what should we do?
- Encore: There's no way we can bring Ying's mother back. I mean, the Gateway of Wishes doesn't actually exist in real life...
- Then let's go find it in the story.
- Encore: In the story?
- Rover: I remember Cloudy said that if you ever find yourself in a pickle in real life, you can always go back to the Wooly Kingdom to search for clues.
- Rover: You also mentioned that's where the Gateway of Wishes is hidden, right? And you've always wanted to finish writing the story of the Wooly Warrior.
- Rover: This means the final stage of the story should be set inside the Wooly Kingdom.
- Encore: Encore sees what you mean!
- Encore: Encore can invite you and Ying into the Wooly Kingdom, and go on a real adventure with me—the Wooly Warrior!
- Encore: But... the Kingdom isn't someplace you can go willy-nilly.
- We need Ying to believe the Wooly Kingdom really exists.
- Encore: Only those who believe in the Kingdom can visit...
- We need Ying to realize that we're her friends.
- Encore: That's for sure! We're a team together!
- Encore: We should make a wreath for her and let her know that our adventure's not over yet!
- Encore: Encore remembers it went something like this, the wreath is "A crown of flowers that can reflect a person's thoughts. Never withers, forever blossoming."
- Encore: How are we gonna make it?
- I know just the person.
- Verina! Encore: You mean...
- Encore: That's right! Verina loves flowers, she's a flower's best friend!
- Encore: Let's see if she has any ideas.
- (Head to the designated location)
- Verina: Hi, (Rover). Oh, Encore's here, too. How's it been?
- Verina: Are you here to see the new blossoms? You'll have to wait a while. They're still a bit shy.
- Encore: Hi Verina, er, not exactly. we're here to ask you how we can make the Wreath of Hope.
- Verina: The Wreath of Hope...?
- It's a long story...
- You give Verina a run-down of the story.
- Verina: I see. You want to help finish the story Ying's mother left her and make her wish come true.
- Verina: But... I don't know how to make such a wreath either.
- Verina: According to the story, this wreath is made of various kinds of flowers, it can reflect a person's thoughts, and it must blossom forever and never wither.
- Verina: The flowers that can reflect people's thoughts... The ones that I can think of are Waterlamps—These flowers emit a faint glow at night, and passersby use them to guide their way.
- Verina: Or Wintry Bells. Wintry Bells bloom in cold and snowy weather. Seeing them in a cold winter will definitely make you happy.
- Verina: It can also be Dewvetchs. Due to their sweetness, they remind people of sugary candies.
- Verina: However... these flowers all bloom in different seasons, so it'll be hard to put them together, let alone have them blossom forever and never wither.
- What if we use Forte?
- Encore: Yeah, I remember you created a Blake Bloom for Rover that one time!
- Verina: That's a bit different.
- Verina: Flowers made with Forte are just artificial creations. They can easily break up without actual substance.
- Verina: It's not the same as life. Every life has its own journey, from blooming to withering, recording the feelings of every moment along the way.
- Encore: Feelings...
- Encore: Oh! I know!
- Encore: Since we can't really make a wreath of flowers exactly like the one in the story, we can make one using our feelings!
- Feelings?
- Encore: Yes! Exactly!
- Encore: When me and Mom made wreaths, she'd always ask me to pick my favorite flowers.
- Encore: If I was feeling happy, I would choose a bright red flower, since it made my heart feel warm. If I was feeling unhappy, I would take a blue one.
- Encore: At this point, it really doesn't matter what kind of flower it is. All that matters is everyone's feelings!
- Everyone has different feelings...
- Everyone's choice of flowers would be different.
- Encore: We should make a wreath, and tell Ying our wishes to make our dreams come true!
- Verina: I see what you mean. A wreath made with feelings...
- Verina: With that, you can express yourself.
- Encore: That's right! Let's find flowers that can express our feelings!
- Encore: When she sees the wreath, she'll definitely realize that the story of our team is still going!
- Encore: This way, we can all visit the Wooly Kingdom together, and maybe our wishes can come true!
- Verina: Do you mind if I help?
- Verina: Once you've collected enough flowers, bring them to me. I'll help you weave them into a wreath.
- Encore: Great! Thank you, Verina! Off we go!
- (Optional - Talk to Encore)
- Encore: Check this one out, Cosmos. It's all golden and shiny, just like Rover's eyes!
- (Optional - Talk to Encore)
- Encore: You wanna pick this one, Cloudy? True... This one does kinda lighten up the mood, doesn't it?
- (Optional - Talk to Verina)
- Verina: If you find a flower that best represents your feelings, just bring it over to me.
- (Talk to Verina)
- Verina: Have you found the flowers you want?
- (Give her a pink flower)
- Verina: Look how pink it is. You must've been in a really good mood when you picked this one.
- (Give her a blue flower)
- Verina: The flower typically blooms in pairs, representing companionship and support. Perfect for conveying friendship.
- Encore: And these. These are Encore's picks!
- Verina: That's quite the selection, Encore. What do they all represent?
- Encore: Have a look at this one. It's gold and shiny, and it matches the color of your eyes, Rover!
- Encore: Encore picked flowers that resemble everyone. If we put them together, they can represent our whole team.
- Verina: That's pretty special! I'm sure it'll look really nice once they're all together.
- Encore: Uh huh! Oh, one more thing, Verina. Can you leave a spot here on the wreath?
- Verina: Leave a spot...?
- Encore: It's for Ying!
- Encore: We don't know what kind of flower represents Ying's feelings, so we should leave a spot, and let her decide which feeling to put on there.
- Verina: Got it. I'll take it from here.
- Encore: Thank you so much, Verina!
- Encore: Rover, when the wreath is done, we can go tell Ying the rest of the story.
- Encore: Don't forget! Tomorrow afternoon.
- I won't be late.
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: (Rover), you're here!
- Told ya I won't be late.
- Encore: You're right on time. Encore has just set everything up.
- I hope I'm not late...
- Encore: Of course not, you're right on time. Encore has just set everything up.
- Encore: See this little stage? Cosmos and Cloudy helped me set it up. Pretty impressive, don'tcha think?
- It looks great.
- Encore: Cloudy says, "Right on. That's teamwork for ya!"
- It looks a bit small.
- Encore: "Hmph. Give us some extra time, and we can make one bigger than that giant gate of Jinzhou. Baa!" Says Cosmos.
- Are you getting ready for an audition?
- Encore: Audition? That actually sounds like a good idea. Then you can be part of Encore's cheerleading squad, (Rover)!
- Encore: I know this is just a small stage for storytelling. I wanted to try the way Mom used to do it. She and I started the Wooly Warrior story after all.
- Encore: Besides, it'll be more fun this way!
- Encore: Encore wonders if Ying will show up today. We didn't really pinky-promise...
- She'll be here.
- Ying: Encore, (Rover). Sorry for the wait...
- Glad to see you, Ying.
- Ying: Th-Thank you...
- Look who finally showed up.
- Ying: I'm so sorry...
- Encore: All right. Now that Team Wooly's fully assembled, is everyone ready for the story?
- Ying: Ready. Umm... This stage...
- Encore: This is the small stage Encore made for the play, where the warrior's adventure continues.
- Encore: Does anyone remember where we last left off?
- Ying: I know...The Wooly Warrior was trying to find the three relics, but I'm not sure if she will find them or not.
- Encore: That's right. The Wooly Warrior sets out to find the three relics. This time she is not alone. She tries to climb to the top of the highest mountain with her trusty companions.
- Encore: With the mountain being so high up, the waves raging below them, she nearly falls several times, but her friends manage to keep her steady.
- Encore: In the end, she obtains the legendary Sword of Courage.
- Encore: Later, she arrives at a beach, filled with sand as far as the eye can see. She searches and searches, and all she can find are just some tiny shells.
- Encore: But with the help from her friends, the Shield of Faith is uncovered. Only the Wreath remains.
- Ying: W-will she find it?
- Encore: Unfortunately, no. After reaching the mythical Sea of Flowers, all the flowers have withered. No matter where she searches, the Wreath of Hope is nowhere to be found.
- Ying: Just like us...
- Encore: Yet, her companions want to finish this adventure for her.
- Encore: They gather flowers and weave their feelings into the shape of a crown.
- Encore: The pink flowers are meant to make her feel happy, the blue flowers are hopes that she will not be scared of any obstacles...
- Encore: This wreath brings together all the feelings and emotions of the companions during their adventure. Their gift to her.
- Ying: And that... is the moral of the story.
- But the wreath isn't complete.
- Encore: Her companions remark so. The wreath isn't fully completed. It's missing a very important flower.
- Encore: Ying, this wreath is missing the flower that represents your feelings and wishes.
- Ying: My feelings...
- Ying: I know. It's missing an iris. I've always wanted Mom to see a garden full of blooming irises.
- Ying: But those irises have already withered...
- Encore: What if we could find one?
- Ying: Find one...?
- Encore: What if we can find an iris and the Gateway of Wishes? Will you want to continue on this adventure, Ying?
- Ying: I... Of course! But I thought there was no such thing as the Gateway of Wishes. It only exists in the story...
- If there isn't one in reality...
- We can find it in the story.
- Ying: In the story...
- Encore: That's right! Because stories aren't just stories. When you believe in them, they'll really exist.
- Encore: Just like how it is now. With everyone's feelings combined into the wreath, it slowly turns into a door. A door that leads to the deepest parts of the Wooly Kingdom.
- Encore: Inside, the irises continue to bloom.
- Encore: So, do you believe in it and choose to continue this adventure?
- Ying: I...
- Ying: I believe.
- Encore: Great. Off we go!
- (Enter the Sonoro Sphere)
- Ying: Would you look at the sky... So this is the Wooly Kingdom.
- We got a first-timer.
- Encore: (Rover) and I can be your guide!
- This is the Wooly Kingdom.
- Encore: Oh, I love the repetition. This is the Wooly Kingdom.
- Encore: This story is gonna be longer than the last one. It looks like there'll be more puzzles to solve, and more monsters to fight.
- Encore: And the door to make wishes should be in the deepest part.
- Encore: What are your orders, Captain?
- Locate the Gateway of Wishes.
- Ying: Yes! I wanna find the Gateway of Wishes and then see my mom again.
- Finish the adventure story.
- Encore: Great! The adventure of Wooly Warrior can finally have an ending!
- Encore: Let's get going!
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: How do we get across...?
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: No worries. We can use that platform down there to fly across!
- (Head to the designated location)
- Rover: There's a puzzle.
- Encore: Encore knows what to do! Encore played these with mom before. All we need to do is match the patterns on the wall, and it'll open a secret door!
- Encore: It's one of the most important puzzles in Wooly Warrior's story!
- (Solve the puzzle)
- Ying: It's open!
- Encore: Great job, (Rover)! Let's go inside.
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: An airstream. We can use it to fly up!
- Ying: A-Are you sure I can fly?
- Encore: Of course, you can. Nothing's impossible in the Wooly Kingdom.
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: Looks like we've reached the end. That was fun... I have to tell Mom about it once I see her!
- Rover: Okay. Time to find the exit.
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: It's another one of those puzzles... I know, let's look around for clues.
- (Solve the puzzle)
- Encore: Wow. You solved it in one go!
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: There are so many monsters...
- Rover: They're not stopping anything.
- Ying: Y-Yeah. Mom gave me this sword that can cut through anything! Take this!
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: More puzzles here...
- Encore: Those markings in the other room must be clues. Shall we go take a look?
- (Solve the puzzle)
- Rover: Sounds like an airstream appeared. Let's head back and check it out.
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: Are we flying again?
- Encore: Yay! Fly-time!
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: The wind is so strong. Is it taking us straight to the Gateway of Wishes?
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: What happened here...?
- Encore: Don't worry, stuff like this happens all the time.
- Encore: This means the story of the Wooly Kingdom is changing, but that's not enough to beat the warriors!
- (Head to the designated location)
- Ying: Monsters. I'm not scared, I have Mom's sword and shield with me...
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: Feeling stuck? Why do'nt we search around for clues?
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: We're almost there. After passing every trial set before 'em, the Flower of Hope is finally within the warriors' reach behind this door.
- Encore: Maybe this door leads to the Gateway of Wishes, where countless warriors once hoped to pass through to have their wishes come true.
- Encore: And now, the warriors will find out what kind of monsters or treasures are hidden behind the door.
- Encore: Is everyone ready?
- Ying: R-Ready... I'll be able to see my mom soon...
- Let's go straight in.
- Encore: Right. Through the door, we go!
- I need more prep time.
- Encore: It's okay, why don't we rest here for a while? Once we're all in top shape, we'll open the door together!
- (Head to the designated location)
- Encore: Out of nowhere, a group of Gulpuffs appear, but they are no match against the mighty warriors.
- Encore: With the Sword of Courage in their hands, there's no fear holding them back, as they slice through these monsters with ease.
- Encore: The monsters strike, but our shield stands strong. Now, our warriors know victory is ours!
- (Touch the iris)
- (Cutscene plays)
- Ying: Irises are Mom's favorite...
- Ying: I want her to see it too...
- Encore: We should make our wish.
- Ying: Yes!
- Encore: Look...
- Encore: Because of the brave warriors' wishes
- Encore: The story has a happy ending.
- Encore: Your wish has come true!
- Encore: She can tell her everything now.
- Ying and Encore: Mom, there's so much I've wanted to tell you...
- Encore: So many new stories you need to hear...
- Encore's Mom: It's a very happy story.
- (Cutscene ends)
- (Leave the domain)
- Encore: And just like that, the little warrior's wish's come true, putting a perfect ending to this adventure story.
- Encore: The warrior finally gets to meet her mother, telling her all the stories and words she has always wanted to tell.
- Encore: But the warrior's journey won't end here, as the path ahead is a long one.
- Ying: Encore, (Rover). Thank you both so much.
- Ying: I-I finally got to see her, and we talked so much. I told her how much I've missed her, how I found the treasures she left behind, and how I met both of you...
- Ying: I never thought I'd see her again.
- Ying: So, I want you to have this.
- The Wreath of Hope?
- Ying: Yes! I know you still have more adventures ahead, so I'd like this wreath to keep you company.
- Ying: I want to go back and tell my dad this story now, and tell him what my mother said to me. So, this is where we say goodbye.
- Goodbye, Ying.
- Encore: Be sure to share our story with everyone!
- Ying: I will! Goodbye!
- Encore: Time for another feedback session from the audience. What do you think of this story?
- It's a story with a very happy ending.
- Encore: Hehe, Encore loves this ending!
- The fights were still a bit too realistic for me.
- Encore: But the parts where everyone was fighting as a team were super, super cool!
- Encore: The Wooly Warrior finally fulfilled her wish, and she got to tell her mother all her stories.
- Encore: About the companions she got to meet.
- Encore: Who she went on adventures with, defeating all kinds of monsters that stood in their way!
- Encore: Their search for the sword and shield as a team, and how they put together the Wreath of Hope.
- Encore: We've been to many places together, but there's so much more to go, and so many adventures and stories to write about.
- Encore: These stories are en extension of life, they are...
- Stories with happy endings.
- Encore: Yeah. Stories with happy endings! Mom said the same thing.
- It was a really good ending.
- Encore: Yeah, Encore had never thought of such an ending when telling the Wooly Warrior story in the past.
- Encore: I really enjoyed how it ended.
- Encore: The story of the Wooly Warrior's search for the relics is finished, and my vacation is about to end. It's time to head back to Black Shores...
- That was a really short vacation.
- Encore: Well, we are kinda busy over there most of the year.
- Don't forget to finish your homework.
- Encore: Oh, enough with the homework already.
- Encore: No biggie. Even though this story is over, Encore will make sure to prepare a new adventure next time we meet!
- Encore: Let's be on the same team together, and you can still be the captain! Wanna do a pinky promise?
- Sure.
- (Reach out your hand.)
- You reach out and lock your pinky with Encore's. Gazing into her eyes, you see the Wooly Warrior's earnest expression as she makes a heartfelt wish.
- Encore: I pinky promise that we'll write as many stories as we can together...
- Encore: As a team...
- Encore: Pinky promised!
