Suan'nis are mythical beasts, possessing Resonance Abilities akin to those of human Resonators. The Suan'nis used to live in deep forests, far from human civilization, before being driven away due to the expansion of Tacet Fields. They are described as powerful and often dangerous due to their instinct-driven use of their abilities, leading to their near extinction. Lingyang, going by the alias the "Jingle Beast," is believed to be the last living Suan'ni.

The Suan'nis were thought to have lived under under the giant Violet Banyan tree in the Dim Forest. The expansion of Tacet Fields forced them into human territories, causing significant conflicts due to their formidable powers and wild nature. This led to their reputation as evil beings.[1]
It is believed that Moon Lanterns on the Violet Banyan tree were hung by the Suan'nis, who yearned for light in the dark forest.[2][3]
