Supply Chests are objects in Wuthering Waves that reward players upon opening. They may be found in the overworld or spawn after solving puzzles or completing certain Domains. Some supply chests are guarded by Enemies.
The Lootmapper Utility can be used to search for supply chests in different regions upon gaining their Use Permits.

Interactive Maps[]
There is a lot of chests that will spawn after completing various puzzles that will not be marked by Lootmapper. Additionally, the displayed objective in exploration of Supply Chests is not really 100% - you can find a lot of additional chests in the current region. These chests and puzzles are usually visible on third party interactive maps.

Missable chests[]
Certain domains have supply chests that the player will be unable to collect after leaving. This consists mostly of domains related to main story quest / story quests / side quests. Thankfully some of the domains that were added in patch 2.0 are possible to reenter. There are currently several quests that have chests that will spawn only during the quest and will despawn aftewards.
This list, which is still WORK IN PROGRESS contains all of the currently known chests like that. Keep in mind that this list might not be up to date after a fresh patch release.
