Xiangli Yao (Chinese: 相里要) is a playable Electro Mutant Resonator in Wuthering Waves.
He is the Principal Investigator in charge of the academics at Huaxu Academy's Jinzhou Campus. He is the Academy's youngest multi-disciplinary scientist, and an expert in the research of Automata Mechanics.
