Xiaotang is an NPC in Mt. Firmament, Huanglong.
- Have a hidden side quest where you find her two missing kittens. You do not need to talk to her beforehand to start.
- At daytime, you can find her by the Sagaci Springs.
Dialogue (Daytime at Sagaci Springs)[]
- Talk to Yuhe during Day cycle
- Qinghe: Hey, what is a little cat doing in the pool?!
- Qinghe: Don't panic, kitty-kitty. I'll get you out of there right now!
- Xiaotang: Please keep it down. The cat doesn't like loud noises when it's enjoying the hot spring.
- Xiaotang: Oh, and it's name is Tiger, not kitty.
- Qinghe: Enjoying the hot spring? Stop messing with me, little girl. All cats hate water.
- Xiaotang: I'm not messing with you. Cats in Mt. Firmament don't.
- Xiaotang: Well, that's not entirely true, I guess... They don't like the streams. Maybe they just prefer Sagaci Springs...
- Xiaotang: Hey, look, Tiger heard us and is swimming our way!
- Qinghe: That is odd. The cat does seem fine and well...
Dialogue (Hidden Quest)[]
- Xiaotang: Oh no... The box is missing... The bad guy stole it...
- Xiaotang: Tabbie... Patchie... no...
- ??: Meow-
- Rover: Sounds like there's a little cat in that pile of boxes...
- Destroy wooden boxes
- Rover: Two kittens?
- Rover: They're not scared of humans... and look well and healthy. Someone must be taking care of them.
- Rover: But why are they wandering in this place...
- The tabby kitten brushes against your legs and gives out a "meee-ooow", before running off with its companions.
- Rover: Are they going back home? That looks like the way to Hongzhen.
- Tabbie: Meow-
- Patchie: Purr-
- Xiaotang: Tabbie and Patchie like you very much, Big (Brother/Sister).
- Tabbie: Meow, meow meow.
- The tabby kitten circles around you and then meows anxiously at Little Tang.
- Xiaotang: What is it, Tabbie? Hmmm, you mean this Big (Brother/Sister) saved you from the bad guy?
- Tabbie: Meow.
- Xiaotang: I see. Thank you so much, Big (Brother/Sister).
- Xiaotang: Come on, you two. Say "Thank you!"
- Tabbie: Meow!
- Patchie: Meow, meow!
No trouble at all.- Why did the Exiles take them?
- Xiaotang: ...Granny told me some bad uncles and aunties are doing bad things in town recently.
- Xiaotang: Tabbie and Patchie like to sleep in the box. Maybe those bad guys thought there was a "treasure" inside, like others said, so they grabbed the box and took Tabbie and Patchie with them.
- Xiaotang: I've been looking for them for quite a long time... Thank you for bringing them home safely.
Don't worry. I've taught them to behave.- Xiaotang: Wow! You are so cool! I need to be stronger and protect Tabbie and Patchie.
- Xiaotang: And I made a new home for them using a beautiful new box! I put it in my home, so it's safe there.
- Xiaotang: You are welcomed to come and play with us at any time!
- I will. Thank you.
- Xiaotang waves you goodbye as she picks up Tabbie and Patchie and hippity-hops off into the distance.
