Xinyi is an NPC in Mt. Firmament, Huanglong.

She was once an important figure in Jinzhou's City Hall, but has since then resigned and moved to Mt. Firmament to nurse her illness.[1] Succeeding Uncle Fu, she is now the Mayor of Hongzhen, the only settlement in Mt. Firmament, and is in charge of handling Mt. Firmament's affairs.
